When chicks get together to ride park, it's a really special thing. We feel like we did when we were little girls making mud pies in the back yard, playing tag, or climbing trees.  We feel like we don't have to hide our pit stains, we don't care if we fall on our face, peeing in the woods is cold but necessary after a few PBRs, and we certainly don't mind firing off a snot rocket or two. The sound of metal hitting and sliding down metal, the feeling of balance and speed, of making it, and literally flying, landing, taking off again...those are the things we love.

2015 started off with an anticlimax of less than ideal amounts of snow for most, but mountain people everywhere are making the best of it. Park riding seems to be a good solution to lack of pow, and it's definitely not a compromise. Gina, Natalie, and Michelle moved from Mt. Hood this season to seek out what Summit County, Colorado has to offer. So far, we are all impressed with the quality of progression options in the parks and of course the light, fluffy snow. We've definitely had enough snow to enjoy the mountain every day, and there's no lack of things to do. This place is sick!!!!

We've mostly been riding Keystone, so if you're in the area and want join in the wild rompus, send us a message through our website and come ride with us. Hopefully we'll have some sort of a forum set up so we can more easily connect online with other ladies who are down to shred. One stick, two sticks, no matta.
